law and health care services, rededicates professionals to the
optimal ethical paradigms for those professions thereby resulting
in greater productivity and customer satisfaction: in the case of
law, de-emphasis on adversarialism in favor of client well-being;
in the case of medicine, de-emphasis on the business
administrative tasks and restrictions in favor client well-being.
